Thai Yoga honors body alignment and combines stretching, range-of-motion exercises, assisted hatha yoga postures, acupressure and reflex point therapy, pranayama techniques and meditation.

Through the use of thai yoga/assisted yoga techniques, clients experience joints, muscles and connection tissue opening and stretching. Also internal organs are toned, vital energy is increased and a deep state of relaxation is induced.
